Bio:
Jacqueline is a Ph.D. student in the Applied Mathematics program and is being advised by Dr. Roummel Marcia. Before arriving at UC Merced, she graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Her research focuses on machine learning and deep learning techniques for image processing. She is mainly interested in exploring synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data for tasks such as classification, and anomaly detection in biomedical imagery.
